We've compiled a list of commonly asked questions about shipping. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, please contact us for further assistance.

You sure can! You can enter your order or tracking number in the Track order section in our top navigation, or you can check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking page.

Contact our Customer Service department. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.

A full list of the countries where we ship glasses is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the countries’ list.
You can also contact us and get a quote for delivery to your country

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Mail Innovations. They leverage Fedex’s integrated distribution network to expedite parcels to the local postal service destinations for last-mile USPS delivery.

To track your order, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or go to your orders page, click the applicable order, and click track shipment.

Generally, orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once the courier service picks up your order, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Order Type and Estimated Shipping Times: Non-Rx Glasses – Ship within 3-5 business days, Prescription Glasses – Ship within 5-7 business days
