How do I get a lens replacement?

If your Muunel lenses are manufactured defect, we’ll replace them for you if they still in warranty! If your prescription has changed in the first 30 days, we can offer a replacement for your lenses based on your prescription and the lenses you’ve selected. Contact us here to set up a lens replacement.

Note: At this time, we’re unable to replace lenses in non-Muunel frames.

As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on order. If you don’t have access to the credit card on the order, then the refund will be issued as a store credit only to the customer account used to place the order.

You sure can! You can enter your order or tracking number in the Track order section in our top navigation, or you can check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking page.

We offer a 14-day risk-free return policy after the delivery of your order! You can log into your account at the top right-hand corner of our website. Select “Your Orders” and the order number associated with the pair(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once there, clicking the “Return or Exchange” button at the bottom of the page prompts you to confirm your request and automatically notify our team. After that, we’ll respond to you via email as soon as possible!
It is crucial to keep the original packaging and new condition glasses to examine the product’s return.

If you’re having issues logging into your account, you can also reply to the email with your order confirmation from [email protected] Please reply to that email with a brief description, letting us know whether you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.

We are unable to exchange products at different price points. If you would like to exchange for a higher or lower priced product, we are happy to process a return for a refund on your original order and have you place a new order for the higher or lower priced pair of Muunel glasses.
When it comes to prescription glasses, we will have to weigh the cost of the lens.

Because we sell our products online, we offer a 14-day risk-free return policy after delivering your order! We have free shipping and exchanges if you decide a different frame style would fit you better or change to a different frame color.
There will be a symbolic cancellation cost on the lenses we have prepared for you regarding prescription glasses and the return shipping cost.
