Why is your website asking me to log into my account?

Your account is created as soon as you place a new order with us (even if you haven’t set a password yet). You can view your order history within your account, check your order status, and print invoices for previous purchases.

The first time you attempt to log in, you can set your password by selecting “Forgot password?” and enter your email address.

Muunel is sold exclusively online. We realize glasses are something people would like to try on before committing to, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy after the delivery of your Blue lite glasses! There will be a symbolic cancellation cost on the lenses we have prepared for you when it comes to prescription glasses. To learn which frame may fit you best, visit our Fit Guide.

To check on an order’s status, sign in to your account on Muunel using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! Your info’s all there. You’re always welcome to reach out to us here

We offer cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method. If the order is canceled after 24 hours or the courier received your package, we will offer a full refund, less the shipping and handling cost if the order has not yet shipped.

If you place several orders and contact us within 24 hours and before currier service as received your orders, we can combine them under one shipping fee and refund the other shipping fees. Please let us know by entering a note referencing the previous order numbers or contacting customer service.

Absolutely yes! You can order different pairs of glasses for your whole family on one order, with all different prescriptions.

Yes, you can order as many pairs of glasses as you like! Once you put a pair of glasses in the Shopping Cart, click on the Continue Shopping button on the Shopping Cart page’s bottom-left. Then order the next pair. Repeat until you have all the glasses you want to order. Once the cost of your products exceeds $70, you will receive free shipping

The frame, Blue light, anti-scratch lenses, protective case, and a microfiber cleaning cloth.
For prescription lenses, there is an extra cost of $30

If you want to explore the glasses and eyewear, then you can do it as a guest. If you want to purchase a pair of glasses from our website, you need to create an account. It allows you to save your information for future use and make things easier.

Whenever you place an order on our website, you will immediately provide the order receipt. However, if you need another copy, all you have to do is log in to your account and go to your order history. Here you can find all previous orders placed with us.
